SHORT DESCRIPTION:

Submitted by O2living community member Kate Younkins, this healthy chocolate shake is a nutritionally dense alternative to the classic dairy tummy ache. And it’s got some great fruits and veggies in it too! 

RECIPE:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

INGREDIENTS:

-Half bottle of O2living Red Radiance (or other liquid of choice to achieve desired consistency)
-1 frozen banana
– ¼ cup frozen raspberries
– 1 inch chunk ginger root
– 2 tbs raw cacao powder
– 1 tsp cinnamon

Garnish with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds if desired.
