Thick, Healthy Milkshake for Breakfast
SHORT DESCRIPTION:
This thick, milkshake like breakfast tastes sweet and indulgent while helping you get a few servings of greens before lunchtime! Sounds, and tastes, too good to be true.
RECIPE:
Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor. Process until well combined. Add in more Almond Envy or some water until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a bowl and top with desired add- ins. This will be very thick and is best enjoyed with a spoon.
INGREDIENTS:
Half bottle of O2living Almond Envy
Two handfuls of kale or spinach
½ cucumber
1 banana, frozen
1.5 TBS chia seeds
1 tbs shredded coconut
Optional toppings:
Granola
Shredded coconut
Walnuts
Sunflower seeds
Flax seed
Bee pollen
Fresh fruit
