Ingredients
3 bunch Curly Kale. Remove large veins wash and rough chop
4 each Avocado’s (2) Mashed) (2) Medium to Large dice
1/5 cup Flax oil
2 pints blueberries (1) Mashed (1) Whole for garnish
2 Carrots peel and shred
Salt…to taste…Sea, Celtic, or Himalayan recommended
1 Lemon, Zest and Juice
3/4 cups chopped walnuts
1 Cup HOT Green Tea
Recipe
1. Clean Kale and rough chop into large bowl
2. Process Avocado’s and blueberries
3. Add half the avocados and berries to the kale
4. Add walnuts, shredded carrots, lemon juice and zest
5. Brew Green Tea for 2 minutes and pour over the kale and mix vigorously with tongs or hands
6. Season with salt and flax oil
